What can I do if I don't like the dresses that I have received ?

As our Return Policy said, if the dress(es) you received doesn't fit or have quality problems, you can simply return it to us within 3-5 days from receipt of your item, we will refund your money as soon as we receive the returned items (excluding shipping and handling costs).Item must be returned in original condition with no signs of wear or smoke. Can you tell me how long it takes to get a dress from you ?

Most dresses can be completed and shipped out approximately in 23 workdays. We are always committed to bringing you the work you are expecting within the shortest time possible without compromising its quality. Once you receive your dresses, we are positive you will be very pleased with the quality.

To use which way that we can receive it ASAP when it is urgent ?

We ship by USPS Priority Mail. For international order, we ship by Air Mail. For UPS delivery, please pay extra $35 .You will get it within 13-16 days since you order it.

What do I have to do to buy a dress ?

The process could not be simpler... Select the dress of your dreams. > Next, select the size of the dress. It is better to order on the larger size and have the dress altered. Refer to our Measurement > guide before ordering.
> Add the dress to your order cart.
> You can now go to the checkout or look for matching tiara, veil and gloves.
> At the checkout, you will be asked for your method of payment.
> And that`s it. We will send you a confirmation email telling you exactly what you have ordered, giving you the chance to change the order if needed.
> Your dresses can be completed and shipped out approximately in 23 workdays.

What happens if there is a problem with the dress ?

All our merchandise is inspected before we ship to you. Each and every garment goes through a 25 Point Inspection Process. However, should you discover a problem, simply contact us and the necessary steps will be taken to make it right for you.
